We are searching for a highly motivated and creative individual to step into a pivotal role focused on internal product adoption and change communications. This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact, shaping how employees engage with critical internal systems and fostering a seamless transition during significant operational advancements. You will be the architect of compelling narratives, driving engagement and ensuring every team member feels empowered and informed.

In this hands-on role, you will blend strategic communication with a marketer's mindset to champion internal product adoption. You will be instrumental in building a centralized content hub and executing high-impact internal communications campaigns, directly influencing human behavior and driving the successful integration of new tools and processes. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that major system transitions are not just implemented, but enthusiastically embraced by the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, targeted, persona-based messaging strategies for internal audiences, ensuring tailored communications for significant system transitions.
  • Conduct internal audience research and data analysis to inform product positioning, leveraging employee feedback and behavioral insights to refine strategies and maximize engagement.
  • Engage directly with end-users to understand adoption barriers, answer questions, and gather feedback throughout rollouts.
  • Oversee product messaging, content creation, and marketing collateral; manage and maintain internal communication channels and platforms, including email, live events, webinars, blogs, websites, newsletters, and SharePoint, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Write and produce engaging campaign content directly, including emails, announcements, and hub content, bringing creative ideas to life for internal audiences.
  • Build and maintain a centralized content hub that serves as the go-to resource for employees during periods of change.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse internal audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and implementation teams, to align communications with rollout milestones.
  • Leverage data analytics to track and measure the success of campaigns and system adoption and usage.

What You'll Bring

  • A background as a product or growth marketer, ideally within a technology-driven environment, with hands-on campaign experience.
  • Proven expertise in building persona-based positioning and messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and transform human behavior through targeted messaging, storytelling, and strategic campaigns.
  • Experience driving change and adoption of new products, tools, processes, or cultural shifts through empathetic, audience-centered marketing.
  • Success in utilizing internal blogs, websites, and SharePoint as platforms to spark engagement, build community, and sustain momentum for change.
  • Exceptional hands-on writing skills, comfortable producing email and campaign content independently.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Stand Out With

  • Experience communicating major system migrations (such as SAP or Oracle transitions).
  • Background in IT infrastructure, data, or finance.
  • Varied experience across different industries or functions.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
