Show up strong, and we'll show you the next step up Requirements High school diploma or GED; forklift or logistics certs are a plus 1-2 years in a warehouse or production setting preferred Comfort using RF scanners or inventory systems Able to run pallet jacks, forklifts, and equipment safely Stay sharp - follow instructions and keep an eye on details Lift up to 50 lbs and stay moving on your feet all shift Reliable and safety-minded - show up on time and watch your crew's back Basic computer skills for logging inventory and orders Keep your station clean, clear, and safe from hazards Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
