Job Duties

• Supervise daily manufacturing and quality control operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate employees to meet production goals.
• Coordinate staffing, workloads, and daily assignments.
• Monitor productivity and quality standards.
• Conduct product inspections and process audits.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and operational reports.
• Identify and resolve production and operational issues.
• Ensure employees follow established safety procedures and company standards.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree, technical training, manufacturing coursework, or leadership development training is preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ year of supervisory experience required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience required.
• Automotive or quality control experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, shift lead, or production leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, production metrics, scheduling, or quality systems is beneficial.
• Experience coordinating with maintenance, quality, warehouse, engineering, or other operational departments is considered an asset.
• Individuals who are dependable, proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to motivate a diverse production team are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Supervisor.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk throughout production areas for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, and move throughout manufacturing or warehouse environments as required.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around production machinery, material handling equipment, noise, and other conditions common to manufacturing environments.
• Ability to remain active on the production floor while monitoring employees, equipment, safety, quality, and workflow.
