THE ROLE: AMD is looking for a Senior Customer Operations Account Manager to lead operations for one of our most strategic AI infrastructure customers. As one of the customer's main operational partners, you'll run day to day operations working with a broad ecosystem of partners both internal and external to AMD. You'll make AMD a predictable, transparent supplier at scale, and you'll help to stand up the operating model, governance, and engagement from the start of the relationship. The role covers a wide range: one day you're deep in the details of a time-critical recovery, and the next you're discussing supply chain strategy, risk tradeoffs, and long-term planning with the customer's senior leaders. This role builds and maintains strong, sustained relationships across both customer and AMD organizations at operational and management levels. Leveraging these partnerships, the Senior Manager ensures alignment of expectations, drives continuous improvement in operational processes, and effectively resolves issues related to orders, supply, delivery, forecasting, and other key operational areas. You'll succeed here by influencing across AMD without formal authority. You'll bring together Business Units, Planning, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Sales around a single customer commitment. You'll turn complex data into clear, decision-ready recommendations for executive reviews, and you'll know when to push hard and when to build alignment first. The ideal candidate has demonstrated years of experience in supply chain, customer operations, or program management in semiconductors, data center, or high-tech hardware, ideally supporting hyperscale customers. You bring strong business judgment, executive presence, and real comfort with complex, multi-partner supply chains. Most of all, you're a builder who does well in ambiguity, earns trust inside and outside AMD, and gets results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
