Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience Requirements Previous data entry experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or quality environment is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently or with assistance. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. Ability to maneuver and position materials as needed. Ability to work around warehouse and production equipment. Experience using pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment is a plus. Job Duties Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately and efficiently. Review and verify dates and information for multiple product batches simultaneously. Enter and maintain production and quality data in company systems. Utilize Excel to track, organize, and verify records. Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with company standards. Communicate discrepancies and assist with corrective actions when needed. Support quality and production teams with administrative and reporting tasks. Maintain organized records and documentation.
