Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of pick and pack experience required. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology preferred. Tugger experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory. Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for the majority of the workday. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling required. Good hand mobility and manual dexterity. Job Duties Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Use RF scanners to track and process inventory. Verify product information and quantities before shipment. Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed. Load, unload, and organize products in designated locations. Assist with inventory control and maintaining an organized work area. Operate a tugger when assigned (experience preferred).
