Role description

The Role

We are looking for a Client Partner with deep clinical trial expertise to grow a global life sciences account, lead program delivery, and translate AI and data capability into measurable operational outcomes for sponsors and CROs. You will bridge our clients' clinical operations leaders and our digital, data, and AI teams. You will help clients rethink workflows, not just add tools, and build the internal capability to sustain that change.

What You'll Do

  • Manage key client stakeholder relationships and communications at all stages of the project. Orchestrate and lead steering committee meetings and other workshops.
  • Work with a global life sciences client to grow the account, set strategy and goals, and prioritize the team's workflow.
  • Provide program leadership and direction on one or more projects while maintaining a high-quality level of service. Ensure quality on all deliverables.
  • Work with clients and delivery leads to scope the work, develop proposals, ensure client buy-in, and grow the account.
  • Manage P&L for the accounts with the offshore delivery leader, run the business profitably, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead discovery with clinical operations, medical, and data leaders to map current workflows and define the redesigned process AI should support. Question whether a process should exist before automating it.
  • Build business cases that connect AI initiatives to metrics clients care about, such as time to database lock, enrollment rates, query volume, and cost per patient.
  • Design upskilling plans, role transition paths, and change management support alongside each AI initiative.
  • Develop and manage client relationships on projects across stakeholders in designated geography.
  • Walk the halls. Facilitate complex meetings, presentations, and workshops to build client commitment to change.
  • Stay current on agentic AI, regulatory expectations, and data governance, and advise clients accordingly.
  • Contribute to business development through pre-sales client presentations, research, and writing proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs with service lines, the delivery head, and the practice head.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities based on compelling business cases and value delivery.
