Schedule: 40 hours /week About the Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Buyer Expeditor to support procurement operations across multiple Gas Turbine projects. In this role, you will manage the tactical execution of purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project requirements. You will play a key role in resolving day-to-day supply chain challenges, driving procurement efficiency, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Manage procurement work queues and ensure purchase orders are issued, confirmed, and executed within agreed timelines. Coordinate closely with internal customers, project management teams, suppliers, and material planning teams to ensure effective planning and timely material availability. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate price increase requests, and resolve invoicing, payment, and delivery-related issues. Monitor purchase order progress, track supplier performance, ensure compliance with quality, procurement, transportation, and customs requirements, and maintain accurate documentation. Support procurement process improvements, supplier management activities, and business plan initiatives while providing regular progress reports and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and systems. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in SAP transactional 3+ years of experience in direct procurement What Sets You Apart: Outstanding Excel skills Team player with the ability to also work independently to meet fixed deadlines, goals and objectives Ability to work in a complex, fast changing global organizational environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration and influencing techniques, result-orientation and strategic-innovative thinking needed.
