The ideal candidate will work from our Jasper, IN 11th Ave. manufacturing facility.
Role Description: Provide hands-on support to the EHS team to strengthen safety compliance, reduce workplace risk, engage employees, and improve safety performance across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities * Assist with safety inspections, audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments. * Track corrective and preventive actions and maintain safety records, procedures, and training documentation. * Support OSHA and company compliance, PPE programs, and regulatory reporting. * Help prepare and deliver safety orientations, training materials, communications, and awareness activities. * Participate in safety committees, incident investigations, and root cause analysis. * Collect and analyze safety data, prepare KPI reports, and identify recurring risks and improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering on safety improvement projects.
