Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Additional education in hospitality, business management, restaurant management, or a related field is a plus. Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service environment. Specialty coffee industry experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead teams, manage daily operations, and drive business performance. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with labor scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and profitability tracking. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Capable of supporting daily cafe operations as needed. Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry typical cafe supplies and products. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Job Duties Oversee all daily cafe operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow. Lead, coach, and develop team members to create a positive and productive workplace culture. Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance. Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and cost controls to maintain profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures. Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction. Analyze business performance and implement strategies to drive sales and growth. Provide hands-on leadership by actively supporting team members during daily operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
