Help us shape skylines and protect the people who make them possible.
At Harmon, safety isn't something that happens from behind a desk. We're looking for a hands-on safety leader who wants to be where the work is happening, from our manufacturing operations to jobsites across the country. You'll partner with employees and leaders, solve real-world safety challenges, champion our EHS standards, and help build a culture where doing the right thing means looking out for one another. If you're ready to travel, lead from the front, and make a visible impact, this could be your next opportunity. Role Description: Driving corporate safety requirements on projects sites and offices, you lead the execution of the Harmon Corporate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Program. You conduct manufacturing and jobsite safety audits, investigate workplace accidents, provide training, manage worker certifications and manage project equipment. You act as a positive role model to champion a safe work environment for employees and ensure a positive safety culture throughout the organization. You collaborate with other Corporate EHS, regional leaders, and the site team to adapt safety plans as work evolves over the life of each project. POSITION DESCRIPTION
