LMI is currently seeking a qualified Full Stack Developer in support of our Defense Intelligence client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will bring experience in multiple development technologies and methodologies as well as strong process transformation skills to enhance the team's capabilities. This a 100% onsite role in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

    Experience delivering web solutions for the federal government, is comfortable developing in multiple languages, experienced on both front and backend, microservices, and API development.
  • Ability to work with the government lead to develop solutions, interface designs, and architecture of websites.
  • Familiarization with Agile development methodologies.
  • Responsible for updating and creating customized web applications that may include Tableau Dashboards. You will be implementing software code and debugging technical issues.
  • Ability to research, test, build, and coordinate integration per government requirements. Work with government lead to develop site concept.


Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • An active TS/SCI, preferably with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 5- 7 years of software development experience
  • Experience in frontend and backend web development leveraging frameworks such as React.JS, Angular.JS, or .NET. Full stack experience preferred:
  • backend: professional experience with at least one backend language to include C#, Java, Python, Go
  • frontend: professional experience with Javascript/typescript, using API's, design, CSS, HTML, React
  • Experience with multiple object-oriented programing languages such as Java, C++, C#, or Python.
  • Strong SQL skills or experience in relational databases. to include schema design, data definition, and advanced queries.
  • Self-motivated, able to take loose requirements and turn into solutions
  • Willingness to reach out for guidance as well as offer alternative solutions
  • Experience using version control with Gitlab or GitHub
  • Comfortable interacting with developers and non-developers to solve technical challenges and requirements
  • Comfortable troubleshooting existing applications as well as creating new applications or features
  • Clear and frequent communication

Preferred Skills:

  • Full stack experience
  • Data analytics and data visualization using tools/languages like python, SQL, and Tableau
  • UI/UX or human-centered design best practices
  • Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Meet DOD 8570 certification requirements (Security+) or willing to obtian
  • This position requires an active security clearance at the TS/SCI level with the ability/willingness to receive a polygraph; US citizenship required. Current polygraph preferred.

Target salary range: $104,040 - $183,600. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
