Your Opportunity:

Are you ready to put your engineering knowledge to work in a real-world manufacturing environment? We're looking for a motivated Student Engineer to help drive process improvements, time studies, and work instruction documentation across a variety of production and assembly operations.

This hands-on opportunity will give you exposure to all levels of the organization, sharpening your analytical, project management, communication, and presentation skills while making a real impact.


What We're Looking For:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Industrial Engineering (or a related field)

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, economic analysis, statistics, time studies, operations research, etc.)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset

Commitment to safety in all aspects of work

Self-motivated and proactive-able to manage projects with minimal oversight

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Willingness to work onsite at our Oklahoma City facility
