Dexis Gender and Social Inclusion (GESI) Working Group supports the integration of GESI into relevant proposals and programs across multiple Dexis practice areas including governance, anti-corruption and rule of law, stabilization and conflict and violence prevention, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), and institutional support programming for U.S. agencies. To provide tailored support, Dexis seeks senior-level Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI) technical consultants to support proposal GESI inputs and project GESI deliverables for a range of programming for USAID, Department of State, and other U.S. Government agencies. Selected candidates will be engaged through a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) and issued individual task orders for each agreed upon assignment. Dexis seeks GESI consultants to provide periodic support to the integration of GESI into Dexis proposals and project implementation. The GESI consultant will provide technical input into the design and development of proposals through strategy design, writing, and reviews, ensuring GESI integration and responsiveness to donor requirements. The GESI consultant will also provide technical support to ensure GESI is integrated throughout project implementation by conducting GESI analyses, supporting the local GESI Advisor, and informing project deliverables such as a work plan or MEL Plan. The GESI consultant may also provide mentorship to Dexis home office staff who work alongside the GESI consultant. Responsibilities
