Position Summary To lead swim lessons for students of all ages and abilities based on Kroc Center Learn to Swim curriculum, instructing Essential Functions * To know, explain and exemplify the mission, purpose, and values of the Kroc Center and The Salvation Army (TSA). Working Conditions * Must be able to lift & carry 40lbs. Minimum Qualifications * Must be at least 16 years Skills, Knowledge & Abilities * Knowledge of principles and techniques of aquatic Skills
