At the Broad, we are developing new tools that enable scientists to unlock the mysteries of genomics. Reporting to a Team Manager in the Office of Sponsored Research, this position provides research compliance and financial management support, including all aspects of pre and post-award administration. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills as demonstrated by working closely with faculty in an academic research environment over the past 5+ years. The expected base salary range for this position as listed above is based on a 40 hour per week schedule. Broad provides pay ranges representing its reasonable and good faith estimate of what the organization reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, qualifications, and other factors permissible by law.
