JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Mathematics Department seeks to hire undergraduate students to assist in grading assignments during the 2024-2025 academic year. Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students at Penn State and must remain in full-time status during their employment. In this position, students will have primary responsibility as a Grader assisting the instructor with grading assignments and quizzes. To qualify for this position, applicants should have taken the math course for which they are grading in the past two years and received a B+ or higher. Students who are hired will be assigned to a mathematics instructor. Students will receive the grading assignment and instructor name once the onboarding session through Shared Services is complete. A resume is not required or necessary with the Penn State application, however, in addition, graders must complete the grader application form located at https://forms.office.com/r/0jJ09CuLje Review of applications will continue until all positions have been filled.
