Overview

Business Risk Management - Real Estate Valuation (BRM-REV) is responsible for the specification, procurement, and review of all third-party real estate appraisal reports for Deutsche Bank's US real estate related business activities. BRM-REV is staffed with senior valuation professionals located in New York, who also perform transaction consulting and portfolio monitoring functions. BRM-REV is seeking an Assistant Vice-President/ Vice-President for its New York office. The position requires a motivated professional with sufficient credentials and experience to effectively support the Bank's real estate businesses in a credit risk oriented, valuation management, consulting, and analytical capacity.

Skills You'll Need

  • Member or advanced professional of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), state licensed and certified commercial real estate appraiser

  • Experience with multiple property types, US markets

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Argus

  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task

  • Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills

  • Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $203,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
