The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Supervisor Trainee for our Fulton Mill in Delta, OH. The purpose of this position is to train select individual(s) in the supervision of various functions of the Steel Mill Service Division. Our objective is to have the individual become knowledgeable in all aspects of the operation, including the processing plant, product quality, mobile equipment capabilities, human resource management, budgeting, and equipment maintenance. The individual should be a self-starter with high standards of ethics and conduct. Must be organized, a leader, a facilitator, a problem solver and innovative with the ability to plan. The Trainee will be teamed up with a mentor and must be able to perform or understand each aspect of assigned jobs within the division by the time they are promoted to a management position. This will involve performing many of the jobs they may manage later. Pay: $60,000/yr Shift/Schedule: Benefits
