This position is required to be in-office 5-days per week if you are located within 50-miles of one of our corporate offices, posibility of remote work based on location.

Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Professional Civil Engineer to join our team. The Civil Engineer must have experience in land development engineering and will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support the planning and execution of land development projects. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks related to the entitlement, design, and processing of land development projects.

What you will do:



  • Develop plans, reports, and documents for land development projects.
  • Oversee the design and quality assurance of plans produced.
  • Review projects to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Prepare engineering plans, reports, and related documents, including but not limited to grading, erosion control, utilities, roads, and drainage.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other members of the construction team, vendors, and professional consultants.
  • Manage the procurement and execution of consultant's scopes of work related to geotechnical reports, land surveying, wetlands mitigation, etc.
  • Identify and resolve complex land development issues with reviewing agencies.
  • Oversee and manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project.



What you will bring:



  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Civil Engineering.
  • 6+ years of related experience required, preferably in land development project engineering and drafting.
  • Professional Engineer license.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other related civil engineering software.



Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure.

Salary Range $91,000 - $156,000/annually. This range is estimated for a Principal Enginner, Civil in the State of Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
