The Restaurant Equipment Technical Consultant is part of the Quality and Performance team and will be providing professional restaurant equipment technical consulting and support to various groups throughout the organization, defining root causes for trending and systemic kitchen equipment issues - primarily focusing on cooking equipment, HVAC units and control systems, kitchen hood ventilation, walk-in refrigeration, and electrical systems. You will also have common technical knowledge on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and associated components. The Quality and Performance team is tasked with continuously monitoring, measuring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of existing assets to discover defects, improve reliability, reduce costs, and decrease equipment downtime. Location -This will serve the Western region. Candidates may live in/around the Sacramento, CA area. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Salary range $90,000-130,000 per year Competitive salary including a full range of health benefits, vacation plan, 401K and other benefits are available.
