No matter your role, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference at Andersen.POSITION SUMMARY: We are hiring for a Senior Business Manager - Andersen Division. The Senior Business Manager is responsible for leading and developing the growth strategy for a business unit segment of the Andersen Division Windows & Doors. The Andersen division business unit leaders work directly with a cross-function team of Finance, Research & Development, Operations, Project Leadership, Sales, Marketing, HR and IT to deliver critical business results including achieving sales and margin targets and, in the development, and execution of the product lifecycle management for a given customer product tier. The Senior Business Manager role leads the business from a broad general manager point of view and owns business results. They are responsible for translating Andersen's business strategy into a product strategy by developing a vision, strategic and annual operating plans for their business and working closely with delivery partners (sales, marketing, RD&I, operations, finance, IT and human resources) throughout the Andersen Enterprise to deliver those plans. They lead the business day-to-day by producing sound plans, spotting problems and opportunities early, and responding urgently to them. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. PROFIT SHARING: In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
