Document Preparation Clerk/Driver

NTS is hiring a Document Preparation Clerk/Driver in Richmond, VA to assist with the day-to-day operations within a Digital Imaging Center, with a focus on digital imaging, transporting related duties.

Responsibilities:

Document Preparation
Carefully remove staples, paperclips, and other fasteners
Sort and organize documents by type, date, or client specifications
Ensure documents are clean, flat, and ready for high-speed scanning

Transportation:
Drive a 24ft - 26ft Truck
Load and deliver boxes
Drive from Richmond, VA to Fairfax, VA / Richmond, VA to Virginia Beach, VA

Essential Functions:
Prepare customer documents for the digital imaging process
Check physical documents for quality issues that may complicate the scan process.
Prepare a wide array of document types and conditions for scanning.
Index scanned images according to naming mechanisms outlined by the customer

Physical demands:
Moving, lifting and loading boxes
Loading paper into machines

Project prep and scan work will require finger dexterity and movement between machines for different types of documents

Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license - CDL is preferred but not required
Maintain a safe driving record, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions
Must be able to pass a stringent background check

Pay rate: 19.00 -20.00/hr plus benefits
