This on-call role is needed to cover various shifts, callouts, and PTO coverage. This is an hourly position beginning at $21.00 per hour.. The Job
Reporting to the Program Director, you will provide basic support regarding the care of the clients to ensure they have what they need for successful rehabilitation.
Your Qualifications
To be a good fit for the Program Assistant opportunity, you will have:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in the social services field.
  • A genuine desire to work with adolescents.
  • Working knowledge of substance abuse, mental health disorders, and treatment procedures for such illnesses.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Must have a valid California driver's license and the ability to pass and maintain a clean driving record check (MVR) in accordance with our company standards.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Internet, email, and MS Word.
