Update your Education and Job History. ** Cover letter required for all positions and optional for facilities, campus services, and hospitality positions unless otherwise specified.Job Description Summary Provides administrative support to the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and the academic programs of the Law School.Job Description Essential Functions: Under the direction of the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, this position aids with the preparation of adjunct contracts; initiation of adjunct hiring and respective onboarding processes in Workday; maintenance of adjunct academic appointments in Workday; communicates with adjuncts throughout the instructional planning process and throughout each semester with their teaching and administrative needs. Processes requested faculty and staff teaching overload payment requests along with faculty summer research stipends. Maintains a variety of spreadsheets to memorialize details on adjunct pay history, class enrollments, faculty teaching loads, TA/RA usage, and summer research proposals and respective pay. Maintains "Teaching Loads Document" from semester to semester to guide development of registration materials. Assist Senior Associate Dean in development of registration materials to include courses offered; class block schedules; exam schedule; course descriptions/details. Provides office assistance to the Registrar Office main desk. Communicates with students visiting the office and routes requests to the proper member of the Registrar staff. Provide backup support for the Law School Dean and the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. Provides administrative support and coverage of the main reception area of the Dean's Suite. Routinely collects and compiles learning outcomes data and course evaluation data for review and reporting purposes including reports for ABA accreditation purposes to include Pro Bono hours worked by students per academic year; bar passage analysis; means for course evaluation questions; summary of "key" negative and positive student responses in course evaluations. General administrative support to include calendar maintenance; scheduling of meetings/events; e-mail correspondence with faculty/staff/students; document preparation of student letters, OSCAR; serves as delegate for processing leadership P-card expenses and reimbursements. Available to staff Dean's Suite reception, and Law Registrar Office main desk. Other Functions: Other related duties in support of academic programs as assigned.
