As the Vice President of Marketing, you'll be a central figure in our go-to-market success, driving Color's marketing efforts to advance our mission of changing cancer outcomes in the U.S. We're seeking a hands-on leader native to the healthcare and benefits space, who demonstrates a strategic, creative approach to B2B marketing and will do the work at any level.
You will help Color scale market awareness and understanding, differentiate our brand in a competitive health benefits space, evolve our narrative with new products, and design and run growth strategies that directly grow our sales pipeline.

Base Salary Range:
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
