THE JOB:

The Hotel Sales Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional administrative support to three to four property Sales Executives. This position involves assisting with company-wide initiatives and tasks while acting as a liaison between the property and clients to ensure service and support align with the property's core service standards and brand attributes. All responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.85 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Contractpreparation,proposals,edits,revisionsandturnoverprocesstobecompletedinatimelymannertomeetdeadlines
  • Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, special handling alerts, and amenities
  • Manage travel advisor requests and liaise with property operations teams to fulfill these requests, overseeing the inbox and distributing tasks to other departments as necessary
  • Serve as a resource for activities, services, and amenities available within our resorts and in Las Vegas
  • Organize site and FAM tour agendas, coordinating with properties to prepare keys, arrange dining, and collaborate with clients as needed
  • Maintain schedules, appointments, conference calls, and travel arrangements for Hotel Sales executives
  • Prepare expense reports and manage files containing highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Deliver exceptional service that aligns with the property's core service standards and brand attributes, fostering positive relationships with clients and employees by anticipating their needs and understanding their expectations
  • Assist in responding to customer correspondence and requests as needed, including during the Executive's absence

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent
  • One (1) year of previous guest services experience
  • Two (2) years of administrative experience in the hospitality, hotel and/or sales department of a similar resort setting
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, within established deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
