What You'll Bring to the Table
Education and required experience:

  • 3+ years of experience:

    • Working in a mental health treatment center, social work setting, community relations, or human services environment
    • In discharge planning
    • In EMR documentation


  • Working knowledge of diagnostic assessments, addiction and related interventions
  • High level of emotional intelligence combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelors degree is preferred
  • Ability to drive locally up to 30%


You will work onsite, Monday through Friday. The JobReporting to the Program Director, youll collaborate closely with clinical staff to assess client needs and ensure client satisfaction. Your primary focus will be client retention, prioritizing efforts to provide each client with a positive treatment experience. Youll address client concerns by escalating issues to the Clinical or Administrative teams, as needed. By facilitating communication and leveraging available resources, youll help management meet clients mental and physical health needs, ensuring their ongoing well-being. Additionally, youll provide essential case management to support clients during treatment, ensuring their needs are met and that discharge planning is in place for a smooth transition to aftercare services.
